Subtle Body
To ensure that your ninth body is in optimal health, the following are recommended:
• Wear nice clothes and jewelry, tuning into the subtlety and grace of it.
• Do any meditation, yoga set or other discipline for 1000 days.
• Chant the following mantra:

Kundalini Yoga for Mastering the Ninth Body
For Subtlety
1. Sit in easy pose with your arms out to your sides and spread your fingers wide apart. Move your hands around your wrists with small, circular motions. Tune in to calmness and continue for 1 to 3 minutes.
2. Sit in easy pose and raise your right hand straight up above your head, with your palm facing down toward your head. Bring your left hand out to your side, parallel to the ground, facing the palm upward. Imagine the energy going back-and-forth between your palms and feel this subtle energy. Continue with long deep breathing for 3 minutes. Change sides and repeat the exercise for 3 minutes.
3. Sit in easy pose with your left hand 2 inches in front of your eyes, palm facing the eyes. Place your right hand behind your head an inch away from the skull with your right palm facing your left palm. Open your eyes and look into your left hand. Feel the flow of energy between your right and left hands. This generates a powerfully calming healing energy. Continue for 1 to 3 minutes.
4. Sit in easy pose and stretch both arms straight out in front of you parallel to the ground with your hands clasped and interlace the fingers. Stare into the space between your hands and do Breath of Fire for 2-6 minutes.
5. Sit in easy pose. Bend your arms at the elbow 90°, perpendicular to the ground with both hands in GM. Form a beak with your mouth and inhale through that beak onto the tip of your tongue. Exhale through your nose. Focus on the third eye and continue this long deep breathing for 3-8 minutes, feeling the subtle body as the outer edge of your aura.
6. Long Deep Relaxation: As you relax, focus on the following affirmation: “I know and trust the flow of life and I gracefully play my part. I dwell in the depths of reality with great patience and calmness. I am the master of my own universe.”
Meditation for Mastering the Ninth Body
To Experience Calmness
Sit in easy pose. With your palms facing away from your body, bring your hands near your shoulders to approximately the level of the root of your nose (as if taking a vow); hands are relaxed and fingers are slightly spread. Look to the top of your head. Chant the mantra, "Wahe Guru" 16 times on each exhale. Continue for 11 minutes. Inhale and consolidate the energy of your subtle body.
