MASTERING THE TENTH BODY

Radiant Body

To ensure that your tenth body is in optimal health, the following are recommended:

• Archer Pose: Stand with your left leg forward, with your knee bent forward in line with your toes and your left thigh as close to parallel to the ground as possible. Extend your right leg straight back with your foot flat on the ground at a 45° angle to your front foot. Raise your left arm straight in front of you at shoulder level, parallel to the ground, and make a fist as if holding a bow, extending your left thumb up. Pull your right arm back as if pulling a bowstring back towards your shoulder. Create a tension across your chest. Fix your eyes on the horizon above your left thumb. Breathe long and deep. Hold this position for 3 to 5 minutes. Then inhale deeply, exhale, switch sides, and repeat with the right leg forward, left leg back.

Kundalini Yoga for Mastering the Tenth Body

For Fearlessness

1. Archer pose with your left leg forward. Stare over the top of your left thumb and do Breath of Fire for 3 minutes. Change sides so that your right leg is forward and do Breath of Fire for 3 minutes. Inhale, then exhale and relax in easy pose.

2. Sit in easy pose and hold your right big toe with your right hand and your left big toe with your left hand. Lift your heart, hold a slight Mulbandh and raise both legs up to 60º; balance into Kundalini Lotus pose. Breath of Fire for 3 minutes. Inhale, exhale and relax in easy pose with long deep breathings for 1 minute.

3. Sit in easy pose with both arms extended out to your sides with your palms facing down, holding GM. long deep breathings for 3 minutes, then inhale, hold the breath, make fists of your hands and imagine pulling your arms out of their sockets for 20 seconds. Exhale and repeat once more. Relax your hands into your lap and do long deep breathings for 1 minute.

4. Repeat the previous 3 exercises.

5. Long Deep Relaxation: As you relax, focus on the following affirmation: “I am a golden, radiant being who lives in majesty and nobility, with fearlessness and finesse. I fully exhibit my soulful Self externally.”

Meditation for Mastering the Tenth Body

For the Realization of Radiance

Sit in easy pose with your hands in GM on your knees. Concentrate at the third eye. Inhale deeply and on the exhale repeat the mantra "Wahe Guru” eight times out loud. Continue for 11 minutes.

Inhale and turn your eyes up the 10th gate at the top of your head; apply Mulbandh while you concentrate and pull the energy all the way up to the top of your head and hold for 20 seconds. Exhale and repeat 2 more times. Relax with your hands in your lap with long deep breathings for 3 minutes.

Comments: This meditation can be practiced for 11 to 31 minutes, but build up to it slowly. This meditation creates calmness and ecstasy in the experience of one's own radiance.
